Payment Methods Accepted
We accept UK� Cheques, US$ checks, UK/US cash, Money Orders and all major�Credit Cards via PayPal.

Credit Card payments via PayPal can easily be done even if you are NOT registered with PayPal, they have facilities for "one-off" transactions.

We can accept U.S.$ personal�checks at no extra charge BUT please email us first regarding payee details.�

Regret we cannot accept overseas cheques (other than US$) due to the exorbitant Bank charges imposed by U.K. Banks.
How to Order using the Shopping Cart
Ordering Procedure:-

Here are a few notes that may assist anyone who is new to Online Shopping.
�
Using the "Shopping Cart" built into the site:-

When the book that is required is found just "Add to Shopping�Cart", either "Continue Shopping" to repeat the process for any other books wanted or move onto "Checkout".
�
The "Checkout" page is�where your purchases will be displayed for you to double-check, from here there is�a "Customer Information" page, once filled in�click on "Next" where the "Shipping Options" and "Payment Methods" can be selected.�

Then "Continue" will take you to "Confirm Order Information" then if all OK click on�"Complete Order" and a "Thank You" page will appear.� We'll receive your Order and confirm it.

Shipping times etc.
During the CHECKOUT process various�choices can be made regarding the type of shipping desired, e.g. Air Mail or Surface.

Please note on occasion extra postage may be required (e.g. for heavy Hardbacks) we will always confirm details�with you BEFORE proceeding.
�
Also we will "upgrade" the despatch method if the postage�parameters chosen by you allow.
�
We endeavour to despatch your Order within 2 business/working days from receipt of your instructions.

CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm your Order has been received.
AVAILABILITY
Although we update our listings very regularly occasionally a book is Sold via another outlet before it has been deleted here. We of course will inform you ASAP if this occurs.
Refunds & Returns
If you feel the book you received was not as described please email us within 7 days in the first instance. We will then arrange with you the best way to return it to us and on receipt we will refund you promptly - UK/US customers by cheque/check or PayPal (as preferred), other overseas by PayPal. We will of course cover your PayPal fees.
Sales Tax
Please note: Although this box appears there is currently NO sales tax for books in the U.K.
